German institutional hegemony in EU sustainability policies

German hegemony is a research topic subject to significant academic attention, especially within the studies linked European integration. The existence of EU disputed, but several and models demonstrate that Union at same time not desired (therefore designation Germany as reluctant or benevolent hegemon).
